This property has a nice pool, with a hot tub heated year round. Message for me for details on them and hours. Surfside is a half a block to the public beach access. While there are stairs (no elevator) this affords a great view of courtyard and no noise above you. This condo has a large patio with chairs to enjoy morning coffee or an afternoon margarita. When you walk in, you will notice the open concept kitchen that opens to the living room with many updates. If you looking for an affordable yet vibrant beach getaway? A newly renovated bathroom is equipped with a stand-in shower and a relaxing rainwater shower head. The TV in the living room is a 4K, 50-inch flat-screen cable TV that features a Dolby sound bar and a BlueRay/DVD player. The condo has free high-speed WiFi, a desk with an external flat screen monitor, an ergonomic chair, keyboard and mouse as well as a 4K webcam for teleconferencing or remote learning. If you have to work remotely, consider saving your vacation days and bring your laptop to work from the beach! While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want you to be aware of that If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top of the router. Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back in it will pop up The kitchen is fully equipped with pots/pans/dishes/etc The living room features a spacious sectional sofa that will provide you and your group with ample seating around the TV. Just off the living room, you have a private balcony where you can enjoy the sea breeze and tropical surroundings of South Padre Island!
