Welcome to Villa del Sol #205. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo features coastal decor and island charm.
An open concept kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes & utensils and is equipped with appliances including a coffee maker, blender, and dishwasher This complex is perhaps one of THE best choices if you require peace & quiet.
The dining room table accommodates up to 4 guests, with additional seating at the bar. The living room features a flat-screen TV, perfect for enjoying a family movie night or game day.
The sofa folds out into a Full-size sleeper sofa. Step outside to your private balcony, equipped with a propane gas grill (propane not provided please bring if you plan on using. This condo has an oversized square footage ay 1060 which makes it very spacious compared to most 2 other 2 bedrooms on the Island.
You and your guests will have the option between the Master bedroom and the guest bedroom. The guest bedroom features two twin beds and tv. A shared guest bathroom provides a bathtub/shower combination. The Master bedroom features a King size bed and a flat-screen TV.
The master bathroom features a walk-in shower. We do also provide a double size airbed - please bring bedding if you plan on usin the pull out couch or airbed for additional sleeping space.
The maximum allowed at this condo is 6 people including children & infants.
While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want you to be aware of that
If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top of the router.
Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back in it will pop up
This is a 2nd floor unit up stairs or use the elevator which provides a better view and a very quiet stay with no noise from above.
As the property is professionally managed locally by South Padre Island Trips, we do provide linens and towels for your stay. We do provide a starter pack of dishwasher pods, trash bags and soaps - though they are not unlimited nor replenished.
There is a washer & dryer in the unit for quick clothes clean up
Villa del Sol is a quiet, family-friendly complex with 2 pools open 9 am to 10 pm to enjoy. The property DOES strictly enforce the property quiet time of 9 pm to 9 am. This well maintained property is located less than a five-minute walk to the beach
Take a dip after a long day on the beach or to wear the kiddos out, hang out on the grass lawn in the unique community courtyard that is high walled off from the street, or after exploring everything that South Padre Island has to offer the private patio overlooking the pool is great spot for cards or drinks.
Walk to nearby shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues to enjoy the island life including Wanna Wanna Beach Bar - great for tropical cocktails or burger or shrimp baskets.
We do offer off season discounts for 3 or more nights Sept 15 to Dec 15 - message us for details as well as active duty military discounts
There is one included off street parking space included with your rental (golf carts count as a vehicle). If you need additional parking Gulf Blvd is City Owned and does afford free parking, however on weekends that can be very difficult.
This complex does have a 2 night minimum rental for Saturday nights - all other nights just one is ok and primary guest must be 25 years of age with no exceptions and max is 6 total guests.

Once booking is made, you must assure against damages additionally per these property rules by choosing either a $59 damage coverage protection plan fee OR electing for a $500 refundable damage deposit.
