This large home is perfect for two families to share. Located less than 100 yards to the beach, you will enjoy an unobstructed view of the ocean from the 2nd floor patio off the living room and kitchen. Much of the furniture is new
There are 3 large bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. The downstairs bedroom is set up as a bunk room, with all new bedding - a bunk bed with a double over queen, two twin beds, and two futons that are technically full sized but more like twin XLs.
The upstairs spare bedroom has a queen over double bunk bed that is adult sized. The master bedroom features an en suite full bath and king bed. In the living room you will find very nice couches with a living room that opens to the dining an kitchen..
BBQing is allowed at the home on the back patio, please bring if you so desire.
A max of 4 vehicles are allowed at the home at any time, and a golf cart is considered in that max count. You may not park on side of road. One stall in the garage may be used for guests, FYI.
While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want you to be aware of that
If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top of the router.
Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back in it will pop up

The public beach access is at the end of this street, making going to the beach easy. There is an outdoor shower to get rid of the sand as well
This home is new to the short term rental market on airbnb, and was previously a private residence. The backyard has a small cement patio and nice sized grass area fenced in for kids or dogs. Pets must be declared - failure to do so results in eviction without refund.
A max of 16 guests (that includes infants) is allowed - over occupancy is not permitted and will result in immediate eviction without refund. This is not a party house - it is set up for families to enjoy. Property quiet time is 10 pm to 8 am. Loud noises including music are never allowed, nor are parties nor "get togethers" of non registered guests.

Please take note we do require an E sign rental agreement with an attached photo ID after booking is made, We require to maintain our City of South Padre Island Rental License a signed rental agreement you may esign by docusign prior to arrival to be checked in with door code therefore you must provide your email address. You must attach a pic of your photo ID OR upload to Airbnb messaging to age verify as 25 years of age or older. If you are not 25, we do NOT allow you to book unless you contact us first :) though it may be possible with additional requirements
This house is pet friendly, however a max of 1 pets are allowed. The pet fee is $75 per pet. Pets may not be allowed on furniture, left alone in yard to bark, & all pet droppings must be picked up or a $150 fee will be charged to the card on file.
