The master bedroom has an en suite half bath with sink and stool - features a King Bed and new flat Smart TV. The spare bedroom has an adult sized bunk bed with full sized mattresses as well as a pull out trundle bed under for a total of three beds .The living room also has a pull out couch making for an incredible amount of sleeping space allowing up to 8 total guests. While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want you to be aware of that If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top of the router. Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back in it will pop up Other unique features of this property would be the convenient 1 car garage on the ground level for beach gear or parking, as this is a walk up 3rd level with no elevator. There is assigned free parking for 2 total vehicles off the street. The property grounds feature a property use pool & heated hot tub in the courtyard for guest use.
