The Las Conchas area is well known as a place to get away from the sometimes crowded beaches right in Rocky Point. There are 2 dining table (one for the children) and for entertainment there is a TV, DVD. Ceramic tile shows up in the kitchen counter tops. There is a built in counter bas, and you will find a coffee maker, a blender, and all needed major appliances. The bedrooms have a king, queen, and two twin beds respectively. FYI there is no washer dryer, or sofa bed available. There is a $35 USD fee for pets as well. Please be advised that before heading to the property, you must stop by our office to pick up the keys.
