The kitchen has a built in counter bar with four high back black wrought iron stools. The attached family room has two shiny black leather sofas with a square shaped coffee table and a two-toned double door media unit. The media unit comes with a large flat screen TV and DVD player. There is an additional modern metal-framed armchair beside the media cabinet and the sliding glass doors that open to the ocean. Bedrooms - The downstairs bedroom has periwinkle blue painted walls with a queen size, wrought iron framed bed and rich brown bedding with complimenting patterned accent pillows. Large custom double door closet. The room also has a view window that has room-darkening curtains. The downstairs bathroom has a beautiful walk in shower with cobalt blue, glass block and red ceramic tile trim, a commode and a free standing pedestal sink with a diamond shaped mirror for grooming. When you walk up to the second floor you will be greeted with bright orange painted walls, which curve up to the next floor. The master bedroom has mint green painted walls with a queen size modern black iron bed frame and silky brown bedding. There is a lighted end table on one side and two modern cream-colored chairs with silver iron frames. This room has its own AC unit above the bed to keep the room the exact temperature you are comfortable with. There is a window that views the bay covered with drapes that match the exact shade of the bedding. The room also has a large closet where you can hang your clothing. If you walk out to the upstairs patio you have a panoramic view of Cholla Bay with absolutely no obstructions in your way. You could sit on the chairs upstairs and watch the sunset with a cocktail or read a book while you soak up the sunshine and peaceful sounds of the bay. All the rooms have their own AC units and there are many ceiling fans throughout. You will be very pleased with the comfort and luxury in this beautiful Cholla Bay home.
