Ceiba is a small coastal town on the eastern side of the island with a laid-back atmosphere and a nature lover's dream. The town is close to the El Yunque National Forest, known for its hiking trails, waterfalls, unique wildlife, and mangroves. A 5-minute drive gets you to Puerto Del Rey Marina, a main hub for boat tours, fishing, and snorkeling. The nearest international airport is Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU), approximately 34 miles (55 kilometers) away. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us. - The condo is on the 2nd floor, and there is no elevator. - Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book. - Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. - Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay. - Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. - No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. - No smoking of any kind inside or outside the condo! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a USD 500 fine. - No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Occupancy and noise limits are strictly enforced. Fines can reach up to USD1,000 per violation. Please respect the neighbors. - Lost keys are a replacement fee of USD300. - Additional charges will be incurred for lost or damaged towels (due to makeup or other stains) and damaged or missing bed sheets. - Cleaning service is available at an extra cost.
