This is the room to catch up with old friends or family members or play some board games with the kids. To the right of the entry is the great room, with a family room, dining area and kitchen. The family room has a large leather section with 3 built-in loungers. The coffee table is where you can find board games for some great family competition. The 55” SmartTV is equipped with Roku and has a Denon 7.1 surround sound speaker system…perfect for watching your favorite TV shows and movies. Don’t forget your Netflix or Prime account numbers!
