The pool is non-heated, however hot tub heating is available at the home and activated using the spa-side control panel. The hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival. Summer Utility Surcharge For stays of 29 nights or longer between June 1st and September 31st, a USD750/month utility surcharge will apply to help cover the additional energy costs associated with cooling the home during the summer heat. Dog Fee Information (up to 2 dogs/stay) Stays between 2-20 nights, there is a USD89/dog/stay fee. Stays of 21 nights or more, there is a USD199/dog/stay fee. We ask that you pick up after your pet if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive pet damage, could result in additional fees. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional USD500 fee. Sorry not feline friendly. Additional Policies and Rules -No outdoor music.
