While the home is not in the direct flight path, occasional airport noise may be heard. Palm Springs International Airport is centrally located, making some level of aircraft noise common throughout the city. Guests who are sensitive to sound should keep this in mind when booking. POOL HEAT: Elevate your stay with the option to heat the pool, available upon request at time of booking or prior to your arrival. This feature ensures your pool is a comfortable 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your entire stay. Rates vary seasonally: NOV-MAR at USD75/night and APR/MAY/OCT at USD50/night. Pool heat is not needed during the months not listed. Note that pool heating must be consecutive days and requires a minimum 24-hour notice for optimal warmth on your first night.
