Must read & agree to all house rules prior to booking About The Space- Thank you for considering our inner Island 2 bedroom condo on the Island with a very rare 2.5 bathrooms! This condo is set up for families in a nice 4 plex with 2 included off street parking spaces. You'll be hard pressed to find this much sleeping space in a two bedroom condo - up to 8 allowed Affordable! Condo is very clean inside all tile no carpeting. Uniquely has en suite full bathroom off each bedroom plus a half bath off living room if kiddos sleep on airbed or couch. The washer/dryer is so nice to use to go home with clean clothes & less work. Super high 10 foot ceilings. Pool in back is private to the 4 condos here & very clean. 1 easy block walk to public beach access, walk to Clayton's Beach Bar, Kellys Irish Pub, Parrot Eyes for water sports or do late night Karaoke at the Coral Reef. Flat screen smart TVs, w/wifi, Ice Cold AC after a long day at the beach to relax in. Kitchen is fully equipped ready for easy & affordable family meals. While we do not provide a BBQ grill, it is allowed at this property if you bring one. This property is centrally located it is perfect to walk to dozens of bars and restaurants. This condo has free WiFi! if you have some work to get done, though internet is less than perfect on the Island sometimes. Pets are allowed, up to 2 with a fee of $75 plus 17% occupancy tax per pet. We cannot have more than this allowed per HOA & pet rules are listed in house rules - must follow Please inquire about off season discounts Sept 15 to Dec 15 and for stay over 4 nights. We do have active military as well as football coach discounts - just ask before you book please not after :) Property is professionally managed by local South Padre Island Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd. We do offer free linen exchange for stays over 3 nights. Our listing again, REQUIRES that the primary tenant is 25 years of age or older to book & must be present at check in. You MUST contact us prior to booking if you are not 25 - no exceptions - though it IS POSSIBLE sometimes with additional requirements. You must read & agree to ALL house rules prior to booking - failing to do so is not a reason for a cancellation nor refund request so please review :) We provide an electronic code to enter the property prior to 3 pm day of check in to the number on file, not before. You must have completed the eSign rental agreement and attached a photo of your picture ID, and read the house rules over and agree. We will not provide door code for entry without these being done nor will we offer a refund for this just to clarify We provide all bed sheets, blankets, bath towels, face towels, hand towels, basic soaps & shampoos and a starter pack of dishwasher pods, trash bags, coffee, filters, creamer, and sweetener. These supplies are a starter pack and not unlimited nor re supplied.
