Can’t get closer than at our Bungalow #1 on Tarvana Street in Port Isabel Just 2 blocks from the historical Port Isabel you & your kids can climb the stairs to the top, as well as the square with all of it’s unique shopping, dining, and more right there no car needed You will see South Padre Island as you walk thru the front door, with spectacular views from both of the over water decks. At night, the sunsets here = incredible, along with weekend fireworks in the summer. While this Luxe townhome has no pool, the beaches of South Padre Island are just across the causeway bridge in a matter of minutes whether you drive or taka cheap cap there are more than a dozen public beach access points. Port Isabel locally offers a more calm & peaceful experience than you generally would find on South Padre Island if you are looking to unwind. Walmart + HEB are less than 2.5 miles away. Like to fish? You can do it from the deck right over the water. Or walk 2 blocks to Pirate's Landing pier and pay $8 to go out on the 150-yard pier over the Laguna Madre it is particularly good at night there. This pier is one of the longest in Texas This bungalow features 2 off-street parking spots, with plenty of on-street parking for a truck with boat and trailer directly in front of this space to keep your stuff close to watch over it. While we allow up to 6 guests, that’s not really optimal for this space for bedding as it I a queen in master, 2 singles in 2nd bedroom and very small pull out couch. Unregistered guests and/or visitors are not allowed at this property and do result in eviction. Loud music, parties, and "get-togethers" are not allowed here – please note you cannot BBQ from the deck nor on the front stoop – but you can bring you BBQ and set it up on the street about 15 feet from your front door and BBQ FYI. This is one of 5 private bungalows completed in 2021 and is brand new now as a short-term rental. You can stay here for less of the the Island, yet enjoy a luxury level that will satisfy even the most discerning tastes in décor and remodel. Our fishing guides book this over South Padre Island as the White Sands boat launch is just 3 blocks away for quick fishing trips if you have a boat, or to book a guide. If you need a guide with a flats boat, we can recommend a few local hot shots. High-speed Wi-Fi included although it can be spotty at times as Spectrum (generally ok) and contactless check-in thru our e lock system Don't hesitate to message us for advice on the Island or local attractions. Two dedicated off-street parking spaces are described below: As you pull into the parking lot, look for spot marked #1. 1- Under cover of carport (far right side) 1- Behind the covered spot (uncovered) Be aware towing is enforced here strictly. Our listing requires the primary tenant to be 25 years of age or older to book and must be present at check-in. You must contact us prior to booking if you are under 25—exceptions may be possible with additional requirements. Property is managed locally by South Padre Island Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd, 78597 with our office open 9 am to 5 pm if you should need anything. We do provide a starter pack of toiletries like soaps etc and trash bags, dishwasher pods but it is not replenished nor unlimited so please plan accordingly. We require an e-sign rental agreement with an attached photo ID after booking. This is necessary to maintain our City of South Padre Island Rental License. Please e-sign the rental agreement via DocuSign prior to arrival to receive your door code. Provide your email address and attach a photo of your ID, or upload it to messaging to verify your age. An electronic door code is provided to enter the property via text message to the cell phone number on file by 3 pm on day of check in. We do not provide door codes earlier as we cannot have guests attempting to park nor slowing down maid service of course ïŠ If you need a somewhat earlier check in, contact our office on day of check in around 11 am and we can check for you. Our short term City of South Padre Rental License can be provided upon request. Please contact us prior to booking with questions about these stipulations, as we have a strict cancel policy.
