The Space:
We would love to host you at our cozy walk-to-beach 2-bedroom condo in a 3-unit complex. We also have the other 2 units here. A new dishwasher was added in December 2021.
While 2-bedroom condos off the beach aren't hard to find, one with a pool shared by fewer guests and close to the beach is rare. Park and walk up one flight of stairs to this fun vacation rental.
This second-floor condo has all-tile floors and feels cool inside after a long day at the beach. Guests appreciate the colors inside. The onsite pool in the backyard is great for kids to enjoy and sleep well. This pool is shared with the other 2 condos here.
The condo is semi-remodeled with semi-dated features such as older tile floors. It's not brand new inside, but it's functional, clean, and quite nice.
The kitchen has all utensils for eating in, even a blender for frozen margaritas. As you enter, you'll notice the open layout.
While we allow up to 8 people in this condo, there is only a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom, and a non-pull-out couch in the living room. We provide an airbed and pump, but please bring bedding if needed.
This 3-plex has 2 other condos: 1 next door upstairs that allows 8 guests and 1 downstairs as a 3-bedroom condo that allows 10 guests. All may be booked together for a total of up to 26 guests. Booking all 3 units is rarely possible less than 30 days in advance, so book early.
There is parking for up to 2 vehicles off-street. If you have more than 2, you must park elsewhere. Parking is somewhat available (not guaranteed) on Gulf Blvd less than half a block away. The property does tow, which can be expensive.

If you want to BBQ, while we don't provide a grill, you are welcome to do so out front in your parking spot. Just move one vehicle down to Gulf Blvd. BBQ is not allowed by the pool because there are 2 other condos in this complex.
Linens and towels are provided. We operate a public office as South Padre Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd, South Padre Island, TX 78597 for linen and towel exchange for stays over 3 nights at no charge, or to assist with any issues during your stay.
Please read and agree to all house rules before booking. Message us before you book, not after, as this property has a strict no cancel/refund policy.
We do also require a digitally signed rental agreement we email via DocuSign.
