Upstairs, the primary bedroom features water views, a king bed, Roku TV, and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower and dual shower heads. The two queen bedrooms offer Roku Smart TVs and share the third bathroom with a bathtub and shower combo. All 4 Smart TVs offer live cable, Hulu Live TV, Netflix, Disney+, ESPN+, and HBO Max. The expansive backyard leads to the dock, perfect for a paddleboard ride or evening s’mores by the fire pit. *** DOCK: The 26-ft boat slip is available on the west side of the dock, with occasional access by the owner’s boat.
