The grand living space has two dining areas, a comfortable sitting area with a flat screen TV, and a half bath in the hallway. Off of the living area is a full kitchen complete with breakfast bar, gas stove top, oversized refrigerator, and granite counter tops. Also on this level is the grand master suite. This spacious room features a king bed, amazing views, and an ensuite bathroom with soaking tub, steam shower, and dual sinks. There are two additional bedrooms on this floor each with twin beds and ensuite bathrooms. Between the rooms is a separate family room with flat screen TV, plush couches, and great views of the Mountain Village Core. A flight of stairs leads guests to the final bedroom which features two full sized beds as well an en ensuite bathroom. Guests of the Peaks Penthouses will have access to the luxurious 42,000 sq ft spa and fitness center which features a state of the art gym, an indoor/outdoor pool, lap pool, private men’s and women’s kivas, and a waterslide as well as offering spa services and fitness classes.
