Palmeira Villas is surrounded by profuse evergreens and Palm Trees! In addition, the entryway to Bella Beach has a beautiful archway that leads into your newly decorated living room. Your kitchen is connected to the living room featuring beautiful granite countertops. The kitchen comes stocked with everything you may need. my family and I had such an amazing time at this beautiful home, the beach was only a short walk away with also a great food places to eat around.

Great location. Parking was a little tricky with two SUVs. Only provided us with one trash bag for 6 people for a 3 night stay. We had to improvise with shopping bags. Only a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay!

This place was big and spacious with good location to public beach access if you’re okay with staying across the road from beach access. Third floor did not have working A/C when we checked in. Called rental company to notify and they brought one portable A/C unit for only one of the two bedrooms. When I called them back saying we needed both bedrooms cooled, they said they only have one portable unit and we would have to make do until the next day. Very inconvenient! They also did not offer any kind of inconvenience compensation when I asked about it and said they would get back to me. Still have not heard anything. Very poor communication on their end. The floors were also dirty and have been needing a good mop because the bottoms of our feet were black every day. Overall happy with the house, just not happy with the Blue Swell rental company.

While we were able to bring out a portable unit right away, we understand how inconvenient it was not having both bedrooms cooled until the following day, and we regret that our follow-up fell short of expectations. The place itself was really nice. It was clean, spacious, private, and tucked off the main road. The host company was very responsive, which we appreciated. The booking process was different from what we are used to on Airbnb. Communication was outside of the Airbnb app, and we were REQUIRED to sign a separate rental agreement and submit a photo of a driver’s license. This wasn’t mentioned in the listing, and Airbnb advises AGAINST this. Not something I would typically do or comfortable with, but host didn’t reach out until it was too late so we didnt have any other options. There were a few things to be aware of. The door code we were sent didn’t work, so we had to call to get the right one. The AC upstairs broke during our stay, but they did send someone within a couple hours to fix it. The listing also made it seem like the property was right on the beach, but it’s about a three block walk! (no problem, just surprised) The pool on site was fine, but heating it costs EXTRA.
