Sleeping Arrangements: - The master bedroom has a very comfortable, queen sized bed, with an ensuite bathroom that leads out to the pool area. - Bedroom 2 has a queen mattress - Bedroom 3 has a queen mattress - Bedroom 4 has a bunk bed that is a "full" on the bottom and twin size on the top. -Living room includes a sofa that pulls out and up into a bed for needed extra space. (Please let us know if you may need this so we can leave you sheets and a quilt) The 3 well-appointed bathrooms ensure convenience for not only the master room, but the ensuite for the bunk bed room and another full bathroom for the Jack and Jill rooms on the left side of the house. - Free high speed Wi-Fi - Smart TV (Sign into any service you have or like!) - Washer and dryer - Air conditioning and heating - Free parking on premises - Located on a golf course! It is a historic park with a natural spring, caves, and rides. - Mike and Frank's Pizzeria Italian Restaurant is 1 mile away and takes 3 minutes to get there by car. It is a restaurant that serves Italian food and right at the front of the neighborhood for quick food after a round of golf or family time at the house! - Buccaneer Bay is 2.7 miles away and takes 6 minutes to get there by car. It is a water park that is part of Weeki Wachee Springs State Park. - Weeki Wachee Kayak & Canoe is 3.9 miles away and takes 7 minutes to get there by car. It is a company that offers kayak and canoe rentals.
