The kitchen is well-equipped with high-end appliances…a Sub-Zero with glass door refrigerator, a 2-draw Fisher-Paykel Dishwasher and a Dacor 36” electric cooktop and 30” oven. Small hand appliances include Cuisinart Food Processor and hand Mixer. The island has 3 barstools for guests to keep the cook company while sipping on some great Paso wine. There is ample service and stemware to entertain a whole group. The dining area has a craftsman style wood table with seating for 10. This grand space is the perfect spot to entertain your guests or to do some serious wine-tasting and pairing. Adjacent to the dining area is the living area with two extra deep sofa with seating for 6-8 and a 43” SmartTV equipped with Roku.Don’t forget your Netflix or Prime account numbers so you can stream movies and other favorite entertainment. You can also set the Roku to “guest mode” in case you forget to sign out of your accounts. LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Exterior) A patio off just off the kitchen through the sliding glass doors contains a Weber propane BBQ grill and a teak dining set with seating for 4 for dining al fresco. GUEST AMENITIES We provide personal amenities including soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, paper products, kitchen necessities such as dish soap and trash bags. There are plenty of linens and bath towels. Laundry facilities and detergent are in both laundry areas. The kitchen is also stocked with the essential stapes: olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and spices. There is dinner service for 8 as well as plenty of serving necessities. THE IMMEDIATE AREA You are in Paso Robles Central! This home is just two minutes from the town square where there are dozens of wine-tasting rooms, restaurants, shopping and a farmer's market every Saturday morning. Downtown there are over 12 wine tasting rooms, along with a distillery and local craft breweries. The downtown City Park offers free summer concerts from June through August every Thursday night. Pack a picnic basket, a bottle of wine or two, your beach chairs and enjoy local musicians belting out everything from Jazz to Rock and Blues. PROVISIONS Smart & Final is the nearest grocer, located a block away on Spring Street. In addition, Savage Spirits & Deli - located right across the street - has an impressive deli (tri-tip grilled on the weekends for sandwiches) along with a great collection of spirits and beer. Another favorite located just a few blocks away…the new Paso Market Walk…filled with tasty treats for everyone.
