Bedroom 3 offers a queen bed and bedroom 4 has two single twins. Sleep nine people comfortably. A second bathroom is shared between bedroom 3 and 4. It also acts as the guest bath. LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Interior) Walk through the front door and be greeted by a bright and spacious living room with a huge sectional with seating for 6+. Two side chairs accommodate two more. The dining area, adjacent to the kitchen, has a large wooden dining table and ratan seating for 8. Off the deck, to the ground level there is a picnic table with seating for 6+ and a firepit for sipping some local wines while the kids toast some marshmellows. GUEST AMENITIES We provide personal amenities including soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, paper products, kitchen necessities such as dish soap and trash bags. There are plenty of linens and bath towels. Laundry facilities and detergent are both in laundry areas. The kitchen is also stocked with the essential staples: coffee, tea, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and spices. There is dinner service for 8 as well as plenty of serving necessities. THE IMMEDIATE AREA This home is just a five-minute drive or a peaceful 20-minute walk down winding tree-lined streets to downtown Atascadero where there are coffee shops, wine-tasting rooms, bars, restaurants, great local shops, and a craft brewery or two.
