LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Interior) Walk through the beautiful, metal double doors into the spacious, light-filled foyer and great room. The great room has comfy seating for 3 or 4 on the high-back sofa. A side chair gives additional space for one more to sit and enjoy the conversation or watch a little TV on the 65” SmartTV equipped with Spectrum cable along with apps for logging into your Netflix or Prime accounts. An Apple TV app is also available for login. Don’t forget to bring your account numbers so you can watch all your favorite shows and movies. Part of the great room includes a cozy dining area with 4 upholstered dining chairs. Just to the right of the dining is a wine station, complete with a 36-bottle wine fridge, along with all the accouterments necessary to enjoy some fine Paso wine. The large kitchen is a foodie’s dream come true with all new cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances…a gas 5-burner KitchenAid stove/oven, a side-by-side KitchenAid fridge, Whirlpool dishwasher and KitchenAid microwave that can grill, air fry, bake and roast. There is a plethora of small appliances, pots, pans, cutlery and cooking gear and serving wear you’d need to whip up any gourmet meal. LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Exterior) A great hangout for the cooler evenings…just off the kitchen is a large house-shaded deck. Dine al fresco at the dining table for 2 or sip adult beverages on the patio lounge furniture while grilling up some steaks on the very manly Weber propane grill. The grill is hooked up to the house gas, so no need to refill propane tanks. GUEST AMENITIES We provide a starter set of personal amenities including soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, paper products, kitchen necessities such as dish soap and trash bags. There are plenty of linens and bath towels. Laundry facilities and detergent are in the laundry room. The kitchen is also stocked with the essential stapes: olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and spices. THE IMMEDIATE AREA You are in Paso Robles Central! This home is just two minutes from the town square where there are dozens of wine-tasting rooms, restaurants, shopping and a farmer's market every Saturday morning. Downtown there are over 12 wine tasting rooms, along with a distillery and local craft breweries. The downtown City Park offers free summer concerts from June through August every Thursday night. Pack a picnic basket, a bottle of wine or two, your beach chairs and enjoy local musicians belting out everything from Jazz to Rock and Blues. PROVISIONS Smart & Final is the nearest grocer, located a few blocks away on Spring Street. In addition, Gregor’s Deli has an impressive deli (tri-tip grilled everyday for sandwiches) along with a great collection of spirits and beer. Another favorite located just a few blocks away…the new Paso Market Walk…filled with tasty treats for everyone. A few miles from town there is an Albertson's on Niblick and Trader Joe's is just down the road a bit on Vineyard Drive in Templeton.
