This The space SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS The guest house has two bedrooms. The first bedroom is a master en suite with a king-size bed, closet and ceiling fan. The en suite has a large single sink vanity and large walk-in shower with bench seating. The 2nd bedroom features a queen-size bed, large walk-in closet and ceiling fan. Bathroom two has a dual function of servicing the 2nd bedroom and guests in general. LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Interior) In the Guest House, you’ll walk into the spacious great room and relax on either the sofa with seating for 3 or the love seat with seating for 2. Enjoy watching the 65” SmartTV also equipped with YouTube TV and plenty of additional apps for your entertaining pleasure. Get warm and cozy when you throw on some logs on the pot belly stove. A large, well-equipped kitchen is just a few steps away and has all the necessary accoutrements for whipping up an easy breakfast or a 6-course meal…side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven and a 6-burner stove/oven combo. Belly up to the peninsula on one of the 4 stools facing the kitchen. GUEST AMENITIES We provide personal amenities including soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, paper products, kitchen necessities such as dishwashing detergent, dishwasher soap and trash bags. There are plenty of linens and towels. Laundry facilities and detergent are in the laundry room. The kitchen is also stocked with the essential stapes: coffee, tea, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and spices. THE IMMEDIATE AREA You are in Paso Robles Central! This home is just five minutes from the town square where there are dozens of wine tasting room, restaurants, shopping and a farmer's market every Saturday morning. Downtown there are over 12 wine tasting rooms, along with a distillery and local craft breweries. The downtown City Park offers free summer concerts from June through August every Thursday night. Pack a picnic basket, a bottle of wine or two, your beach chairs and enjoy local musicians belting out everything from Jazz to Rock and Blues. PROVISIONS Smart & Final is the nearest grocery, located a block away on Spring Street. In addition, Savage Spirits & Deli - located right across the street - has an impressive deli (tri-tip grilled on the weekends for sandwiches) along with a great collection of spirits and beer. Another favorite located just a few blocks away is DK's Donuts (open 24 hours per day). A few miles from town there is an Albertson's on Niblick and Trader Joe's is just down the road a bit on Vineyard Drive in Templeton. While at the Trader Joe's you can pick up some fresh caught fish at Pier 46 Fish Market or head on over to the butcher, Sinton & Sons, for some grass-fed local meats and game. Back up in Paso you can find a few quality cheese shops, Vivant Fine Cheese and Di Raimondos Italian Market and Cheese Shop, along with some cigar shops, Boyd's and Third Base Market & Spirits.
