The home is decorated in a mid-century modern feel with all new furnishings and bright, lively colors. The dining area has a large wooden table with seating for 8. The side buffet is the perfect spot to set up dishes for family-style dining, or wines for some great wine-tasting. Adjacent to the dining area is the large kitchen with all stainless-steel appliances; a large Whirlpool side-by-side fridge with an ice and water dispenser, a 4-burner gas stove and large oven, a Frigidaire microwave oven and dishwasher. There is plenty or work space on the granite countertop and large center island which also has bar stool seating for 4. The living room area is equipped with a large sectional and two comfy side chairs. A 65” SmartTV hangs over the fireplace and is the perfect for all to see from anywhere in the Great Room. Oh…and don’t forget your Prime or Netflix account numbers so you can stream your favorite movies. A breakfast nook has a round table for 4 and the French door sliders lead to the back patio. The back patio has a gas BBQ along with lounge seating for 4…the perfect spot for conversation and sipping on your favorite Paso Wine. A large umbrella protects you from the bright summer sun. There is also a firepit area surrounded by 4 Adirondack chairs. This is a great spot to enjoy after dinner drinks while gazing at the stars. GUEST AMENITIES We provide personal amenities including soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, paper products, kitchen necessities such as dish soap and trash bags. There are plenty of linens and bath towels. Laundry facilities and detergent are in both laundry areas. This home is also just 15 minutes from the town square where there are dozens of wine-tasting rooms, restaurants, shopping and a farmer's market every Saturday morning. Downtown there are over 12 wine tasting rooms, along with a distillery and local craft breweries. The downtown City Park offers free summer concerts from June through August every Thursday night. Pack a picnic basket, a bottle of wine or two, your beach chairs and enjoy local musicians belting out everything from Jazz to Rock and Blues. A few miles from town there is an Albertson's on Niblick and Trader Joe's is just down the road a bit on Vineyard Drive in Templeton. While at the Trader Joe's you can pick up some fresh caught fish at Pier 46 Fish Market or head on over to the butcher, J&R Meats, for some grass-fed local meats and game.
