Verification may be required. • All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a photo of yourself holding your ID to verify your identity, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department prior to check-in. No exceptions. (Please be aware that we do not have staff available to meet guests in person on site for this purpose.) • Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional credit card documentation. • A Minnestay Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions. • Dogs only allowed with “Pet Friendly” listings. Please provide prior notice to Minnestay team. Pet fee required (fee dependent on dog count, starting at $150). • Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as we are able. • Consumable amenities provided are not refilled during stay. • Quiet Hours: 10PM-7AM. We love our neighbors!
