Annoyed by the lack of empathy from the staff members.
None of it! Upon arrival; was hit a security deposit when it should of been disclosed at the time of booking. The front desk representative held us up for over an hour discussing security deposit. Be aware; this site doesn’t disclose upfront that this part of their policy, despite they knew it they proceeded to charge not hold but charge as a purchase instead of a soft transaction so they can also charge $6 to run the transaction; I have booked through this and never had a an issue but from this experience rest assured will find another way. Was not worth the hassle and the wait. Keep in mind this is a private owner who uses an app to rent his own residence. Is not a hotel is a time shared or partial resort and or owners. My frustration was that no matter what they acknowledge and went with their nasty attitude as either you can pay it or cancel it; that easy except that would not refund your payment. Be sure to check all policies before booking. Was a bitter experience. They claim they would have someone come by to clean and all they did drop off some toilet paper & paper towels. Was so annoyed!!
No comment about property; it would have been a great experience if it hadn’t been an issue with deposit. They find every way to take advantage of tourist.

It’s very important to us that all policies are transparent and properly explained before arrival. Regarding the cleaning, please note that mid-stay cleaning is not included. Our standard procedure is to provide additional supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, and trash bags as needed during the stay. However, we understand how this may not have been fully clear, and we’ll make sure this information is explained more clearly upon check-in moving forward. We truly appreciate your comments, as they help us improve our communication and guest experience.
