For entertainment, the living room features a large TV for movie nights, games, and tons of books. (Bonus: If you love to read and want to finish the book you started, feel free to take it with you. But if you take one, please leave one, too!) The main level features a Queen bedroom off of the living room and a full bath with a soaking tub off of the kitchen. Make your way upstairs and you'll find a Queen-sized bed and two twin beds, offering ample space for the whole family. The second full bathroom upstairs features a claw foot tub. Additionally, the twin room has a sun room attached to it with a sofa bed (sleeps 2) and tons of books if you want a quiet, relaxing space to read, work or get away. To provide this service, we require a photo of yourself holding your ID to verify your identity, prior to check-in, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department. No exceptions. (Please note that we do not have staff available to meet guests in person on site for this purpose.) • Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional credit card documentation. • Our Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This includes e-cigarette and vape. • This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well. • No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions. • Pets (dogs ONLY) allowed with prior notice and required pet fee (fee dependent on dog count, $150+). • Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as we are able. • Consumable amenities provided are not refilled during stay. • Quiet Hours: 10PM-7AM. We love our neighbors! Please be respectful of the permanent residents on either side of this property. • Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
