Very old and outdated studio apartment in the cottage in the back of the main house. Toilet was moving, no water pressure in the shower, bugs, no outside light (fixed the next day when I requested the lightbulb). In addition to what I paid on Booking.com, I then had to pay $160 more for damage waiver and lined package so be aware. To our surprised there were no linens and no towels when we arrived. I called emergency after hours phone number at 6;13pm and the person was not able to get in touch with anyone that could help me until after 11pm!!! Finally, Jack Lingo agent arrived with the linens and towels after midnight!!! I didn't realize this was Jack Lingo listing (Rehoboth realtor company). I was told by their agent that if I booked directly through them it would have saved me $300!!! We have been coming to Rehoboth for over 20 years and this was the worst experience we ever had. If you like this listing, then book directly through Jack Lingo. Even better go to Berkshire Hathaway summer rentals for much better and professional customer service. Lastly, I have reached out to Booking.com with all the issues and they were not helpful at all. They were directing me to the host (Jack Lingo) and Jack Lingo was directing me to Booking.com. No one was taking any responsibility for the listing issues and any misinformation regarding additional fees and the size of the apartment (one place it mentions this is 1 bedroom and another place states it's an efficiency. .
