Enjoy the sun porch with lots of windows and seating perfect for your morning cup of coffee or after beach refresher, and the private rear patio with seating and a picnic table that is perfect for barbequing! There is a refreshing outside shower to rinse off after the beach and a covered outdoor spot to store your beach gear. Also on the first floor is an additional full bathroom off of the laundry room with a shower only. The second floor consists of 3 more bedrooms and a 1/2 bathroom. No pets. Non smoking.
