Video Cameras: There are security cameras placed outside of the property, one is the doorbell camera facing the driveway, and the other facing the garage. The camera is battery-operated and the motion sensor is activated. The video footage is not shared and is recorded solely for security and liability reasons. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guests being evicted without a refund. TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home. Package Delivery: You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep. If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned to the sender. UPS, DHL, and FEDEX will leave it at the doorstep. We are not responsible for missing delivery or returned packages.
