Canyon Cabin - A quaint cabin in a peaceful location yet close to Big Bear's attractions!

Canyon Cabin is perfect for everyone. Located in a beautiful, desirable area of Big Bear just a short walk to the lake, National Forest hiking trails, picnic areas, and more. This comfortable rustic cabin is situated on the quiet side of the lake and comes equipped with everything you need for a memorable mountain getaway. LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1100 sq ft home with living room, dining table, a TV, a beautiful gas log fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and private bath. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and twin bed. Living room has a futon. Extra blankets and pillows are available. KITCHEN - Stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more. AMENITIES - Smart TV, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy fireplace. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer. OUTDOORS - Front deck with propane barbecue. PARKING - 2 car driveway Other things to note: Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund. not clean, death trap

Nice very quiet location, has everything you usually need for a stay, but it was very very unclean. Its a cabin so wasn't expecting it to be a luxury stay or anything, but honestly it was heaving with dog hair, dead flies, cobwebs, etc and a mouse in there too, AND DONT light the fire as its a death trap , as the glass doors are part missing and whole cabin just fills with smoke and fumes. (it was -7C outside and cold inside too, but still had to wide open all doors and windows to clear it or choke to death. Vacuum cleaner was found to be totally blocked up in the pipe, so not surprised it didn't seem like it had seen it working for some time. Bath/shower is in such a sorry state of disrepair and do not touch the broken blinds or window dressings as the whole thing crashes down onto your head while in bed. several broken glass picture frames, Just overall seriously unsafe. The overnight stay we had was more than enough.
