The patio is a wonderful place to socialize with neighbors while you comment on the magnificent weather and surroundings. Invite your neighbors over for a sunset meal or have a happy hour party with margaritas. The possibilities are endless. The condo also comes with a washer, dryer and ceiling fans throughout.
