There is a half bath located downstairs. Finally to the left of the kitchen is the laundry room with a private washer and dryer as well as an attached garage. Please be advised that the owners of the property park a mid sized SUZ to the far right of the garage leaving plenty of space for a mid sized SUV to the left.
